Capture card Empty Capture card

i play like a lot of fps games and i get good shots but i need a good capture card and even if i did i don't know how to set it up can anyone recommend a good capture card anyone. Thanks! cheers

I Recommend a hauppage HDPVR, that's what I use it's the best.
